Terms of engagement

These terms apply to visits, written records, and enquiries handled by Network Flowpoint from Level 9, 74 Parnavaz Mepe Street, Batumi 6000. By booking a visit or sending an enquiry you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not book.

What we sell

We sell time on site and a written record of energy consumption as described on the relevant survey page. We do not sell electrical installation, repairs, software access, or a guaranteed reduction in your supply bill.

Booking and access

A date is held when the booking note stated on the rates page is received. You must provide safe access to the rooms named in the booking. We may refuse to enter a space that is unsafe, unlit, or legally sealed. Meters we are not shown are recorded as not shown.

Intellectual property

Photographs of meter faces, sketches, and the written record remain our copyright. You may use them for the building named on the cover, including sharing them with your accountant, electrician, or supplier. You may not republish them as a template for other sites or sell them as a product.

Liability

We are careful with notebooks and with your doors. We are not your electrician. We are not liable for supply interruptions, tenant disputes, or decisions you take after reading a chart. Our liability for a proven error in a record we issued is limited to a fresh visit or a refund of the fee for that record, at our choice, and shall not exceed the fee paid for that visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Batumi have jurisdiction, unless mandatory Georgian law requires otherwise.
