What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, the visit you selected, optional building type and preferred week, and your message. During a visit we may also hold the name of the key holder, photographs of meter faces (which may show a building address), and billing contacts you give us.

We do not ask for passport numbers, health information, or payment-card details through this website. There is no checkout.

Why we hold it

To answer enquiries, to run the booked visit, to issue a written record, and to keep accounts. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest in running a small Batumi practice safely.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for twelve months, then deleted from the office file. Visit files, including photographs of meters and the issued record, are kept for five years so we can answer a later question about a chart. Accounting records follow Georgian bookkeeping periods.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or erase personal information we hold, or to restrict how we use it, subject to our duty to keep invoices. Write to hello@network-flowpoint.digital. We will respond within one month.

International transfers

Our office and files are in Georgia. If we email a record to you, the message travels through ordinary mail providers. We do not sell lists and we do not send marketing newsletters from this site.
