How a visit is priced
Fees follow time on site, how many meters we must reach, and whether a second morning is likely. There is no monthly software plan because there is no software to sit in.
All figures below are in Georgian lari and exclude any electrician you hire to open a sealed cover. Travel inside Batumi is included. Sites toward Kobuleti or the mountains are quoted with a travel line if the round trip leaves the ordinary working day.

How a survey quote is built
Write to us with building type, a rough meter count, and photographs of the main board if you have them. We reply with a range, then a firm figure once access is described. A 30 percent booking note holds a date on the calendar. The rest is due when the written record is sent.
If we arrive and the basement is closed for the whole morning, that morning is still charged at half the day rate; we cannot invent the missing hours on another unpaid evening. If you add two tenant floors after lunch, we either extend (quoted on the spot) or book a continuation.
What is never on the invoice
- A licence to a screen
- A penalty for asking a clarifying question on the follow-up call
- “Rush charts” as a separate product — if you need the record sooner than five working days, say so when you book and we will accept or decline the date
